After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Alan's career path began in the finance district of London.  For three years he worked for a boutique financial planning firm under the Zurich Group where he gained an understanding of various financial and insurance instruments.  During his time in the UK, Alan completed the Financial Planning Certificaten (FPC), paving his career in Financial Services.  

Upon return to Melbourne, Alan focused his skills and expertise in the the mortgage broking field where he consulted with several companies in Melbourne, consulting to investors in the financial mechanics of property investment.  In 2005, Alan created Rosh Financial Group, a business focused on providing mortgage broking solutions to professionals.  He later merged his business with Pyrenees Financial Group to create More Rosh & Waters.

Alan has also completed the Diploma Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking) and maintains regular professional development within the mortgage broking industry.
 

Outside of work, Alan enjoys playing the drums; with a great passion for music from the 70's-90's.  He is a keen golfer and loves to travel; trying always to combine the next holiday with his other passion - scuba diving.

Mark Harrosh commenced working in the finance industry in 2005. Since that time he has cemented his status as a trusted and reliable advisor, having established a loyal client base largely made up of referral and repeat clientele.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing racquetball and travelling. His Passion has always been soccer and is an active supporter of the Melbourne Heart Football Club.
