More Rosh & Waters was established from the successful alliance of two highly regarded and awarded mortgage brokers - Clinton Waters and Alan Harrosh.  In July 2005 they joined forces to create a personalised and boutique mortgage and finance broking company out of a small warehouse studio in Richmond Victoria.

 

Our brokers are industry experienced and tertiary or diploma qualified mortgage and finance advisors.  We provide current, accurate and reliable advice relating to mortgage and finance products to enable our clients to make informed decisions on financial choices best suited to their unique home loan and investment needs.

 

Our philosophy is to provide easy access to specialist finance advice for our busy clients who may not have the time or experience required to make these decisions on their own. Clinton Waters

In 1999, after completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University, Clint commenced his professional career with CB Richard Ellis, a global commercial property agency, working as an industrial sales and leasing consultant.  Following his keen interest in property and finance, Clint later accepted a position to become a mortgage and finance broker.   By 2004, Clint seized the opportunity to start his own mortgage broking business, Pyrenees Financial Group, before merging with Alan Harrosh in 2005 to create More Rosh & Waters.

 

In addition to his undergraduate commerce degree Clint has also completed his Diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking) as well as regular on going professional development days with the banks. Clint is also a full member of the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia).

Outside of work Clint is married with a young son, is an active property owner and investor, loves DIY projects, road cycling and in the warmer months lives with a kite surfing obsession.

Alan Harrosh

After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University, Alan's career began in the finance district of London. For three years he worked for a boutique financial planning firm under the Zurich Group where he gained a solid understanding of various financial and insurance instruments.  During his time in the UK, Alan completed the Financial Planning Certificate, paving his career in Financial Services.  Upon return to Melbourne, Alan focused his skills and expertise in the the mortgage broking field where he consulted with several companies in Melbourne, consulting to investors in the financial mechanics of property investment.  In 2005, Alan created Rosh Financial Group, a business focused on providing mortgage broking solutions to professionals.  He later merged his business with Pyrenees Financial Group to create More Rosh & Waters.

Alan has also completed the Diploma Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking) and maintains regular professional development within the mortgage broking industry.
 
Outside of work, Alan enjoys playing the drums; with a great passion for music from 70's-90's. He is a keen golfer and loves to travel; trying always to combine the next holiday with his other passion, scuba diving.
