Refinancing

We will provide you with a quantitative analysis of the benefits of restructuring your existing finance.  We will take into account all fees associated with the new finance, exit costs on the old and new interest rates that will apply.  We will present these figures to you so that you can make an informed financial decision.

You may already be with a good lender, so don't think you necessarily have to move from that lender.  We often work with your existing lender and simply restructure what you have with banking products that will better suit your lifestlye.

Once we have sat down with you and gone through your current financial position, we will devise a strategy to ensure that your loan accounts work in the most efficient manner.  For some people, this involves paying the home loan off faster; for others it may mean setting up new funds against existing equity for future investment purposes such as buying investment property.

We do not believe in restructuring our clients every few years.  We work with major lenders so that you can grow your finance portfolio with one lender over time.  This will significantly reduce ongoing fees and often we can negotiate cheaper interest rates based on the more you borrow with one lender.
